Jax Bicycle Center | Saturday Road Ride

Event Description

Join us every Saturday at Jax Bicycle Center (14210 Culver Dr, Irvine, CA 92604) for an intermediate road ride.  The ride will be lead by Jax and Team EQ, riders of AIDS/LifeCycle.  The ride pace is around 14-18 mph pace and the route changes each week. Enjoy a 25 mile tour of the OC – Irvine to the Orange Circle where we will enjoy a pit stop at Starbucks before we begin our adventure back to JAX. We will be riding through some of the older/original neighborhoods of OC. Upon return to JAX, we will be joined by three (3) industry experts to share their knowledge on the importance of bike maintenance , proper nutrition/hydration and enhancing cycling performance through stretching.

Ascent: mostly flat

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time and come prepared with your appropriate bike, helmet, gloves, 2 water bottles, lots of calories, spare tube, pump, and appropriate biking clothes.

Ride schedule subject to cancellations due to adverse weather conditions. Please check the event calendar for any cancellation notice before heading out. For any reason you are unable to attend the event ride, Please change your attendance accordingly.
